1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, requesting project estimates, or engaging in technical contracts with VEKTRA INTELLIGENCE, located at 28-29, Lohgarh Road, Zirakpur - 140603, Punjab, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Engineering Scopes & Deliverables

All software development, digital solutions, automation pipelines, and IT support services are executed pursuant to a mutually executed Scope of Work (SOW) or Statement of Engagement. Each milestone includes defined technical criteria, verification protocols, and delivery schedules.

3. Source Code Ownership & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a custom Master Services Agreement (MSA), upon complete payment of contractual milestones, all bespoke custom software, user interface assets, and custom database schemas authored specifically for the client become the exclusive intellectual property of the client. VEKTRA INTELLIGENCE retains rights only to its pre-existing proprietary developer tooling, modular boilerplates, and open-source frameworks utilized in the assembly.

4. Client Responsibilities & Data Access

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary API credentials, third-party accounts, and domain names required for implementation. VEKTRA INTELLIGENCE adheres to industry-standard data protection practices and cannot be held liable for outages caused by third-party upstream API deprecations or unannounced vendor changes.

5. Warranty & Post-Launch Support

Custom software solutions delivered by VEKTRA INTELLIGENCE include a standard 30-day technical defect warranty post-handover. Ongoing maintenance, server patching, and feature additions are managed through structured Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

6. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zirakpur / SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India.
